This website, aigonix.com, is operated by Aigonix Norge AS, a Norwegian limited company, organisation number 933 375 978. You can contact us at hello@aigonix.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern the use of Invoice Intelligence or any other Aigonix product or service. Product use is governed by a separate written agreement between Aigonix and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Using the website
You may use this website to learn about Aigonix and its products and to contact us. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with the website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it;
- copy or collect content from the website by automated means for commercial use without our written permission.
4. Our content
Aigonix Norge AS or its licensors own the content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design. You may view it, print it and share links to it for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify or republish it for commercial use without our written permission. The Aigonix name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.
5. Information on this website
The website gives general information about Aigonix and its products. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Product descriptions, examples and pricing on the website are not an offer and do not form part of any contract. What we commit to is set out only in a signed agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data collected through this website. We use analytics cookies only if you accept them. The only thing we store without asking is your cookie choice itself. Our Cookie Policy lists what we use and why. 10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are to be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Oslo tingrett as agreed venue. This does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim at their own home venue where the law allows it.
